Our Retainer Packages are there to give you peace of mind that for every event, you will always have a supplier who can quickly turnaround your vision into reality.

Each package is based on the amount of events your organisation hosts each year.

We have also tailored each package to include decor that not only fits your yearly event budget, but includes the opportunity to have individual event meetings for each event. This is so each event that you work with us on can be prioritied and well thought through every time.

Retainer Packages

Basic

For organisations with a yearly décor budget of under £5000 and/or hosting 2-4 events a year, this package is perfect for you.

Included in your booking, you will have one 30 minute meeting per event to discuss and finalise details as well as a mock up to show you how the décor will look in the space.

Premium

For organisations with a yearly décor budget of £5000 to £10000 and/or hosting 2 or more events each quarter, this package is perfect for you.

Included in your booking, you will have two 30 minute online meeting per event, one 30 minute in-person meeting per event to discuss and finalise details as well as up to 3 mock ups to show you how the décor will look in the space.

Deluxe

For organisations with a yearly décor budget of more than £10000 a year and/or hosting 2 or more events each month, this package is perfect for you.

Included in your booking, you will have three 30 minute online meeting per event, one 1 hour in-person meeting per event to discuss and finalise details as well as up to 5 mock ups to show you how the décor will look in the space.
