At Events by Nashe, we currently ship orders within the United Kingdom only.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Orders placed after processing hours will be handled on the next business day.
During busy periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location.

Balloon & Event Décor Disclaimer 🎈
Due to the nature of balloon products:

We recommend ordering Gift boxes to arrive no more than 1–2 days before your event

We are not responsible for balloons deflating due to temperature changes, handling, storage, or environmental conditions

Helium-filled balloons are NOT shipped
These are available via local delivery (Lancashire and Cumbria) or collection only -
Custom balloon décor and personalised items are non-returnable

Local delivery and/or collection may be available for select balloon décor items, including helium balloons.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide photo evidence within 24 hours of delivery.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
Events by Nashe is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you have noticed that you have inputted your address wrong, please email eventsbynashe1@gmail.com immediately with your order number, the wrong address you put and what address you would like it changed to.
